How to delete your account

You can request deletion of your account at any time directly from the Live by CitesPremium app:

1. Open the app and join a live session
2. Go to the Profile tab (bottom navigation)
3. Scroll down to Delete account
4. Follow the on-screen confirmation steps

What gets deleted

When your account deletion is processed, the following data is permanently removed or anonymized:

• Your profile information (name, photo, age, preferences)
• Your selfie and any photos you uploaded
• Your participation data in Live sessions
• Likes and matches associated with your profile
• Push notification tokens and subscriptions
• Session tokens and authentication data

What may be retained

Certain data may be retained where required by applicable law:

• Payment records and invoices (required by Spanish tax law — up to 5 years)
• Accounting records (required by Spanish commercial law — up to 6 years)

These records are retained solely to comply with legal obligations and are dissociated from your public profile to the maximum extent possible.

Processing time

Deletion requests are normally processed within 30 days. Upon submitting a deletion request, your account is immediately deactivated — your profile becomes invisible and you will no longer be able to log in.
